GENERAL
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business transactions between CHOCOBERN and its customers. The object of the company is to offer and carry out city tours and other events. This includes in particular services such as guest services and the sale of gift cards.

PROMISE OF SERVICE
The payment of the service offer establishes the contractual relationship. Both services paid for on site and online reservations are considered confirmed bookings. CHOCOBERN undertakes to comply with the sold offer including the points mentioned below.

We guarantee the service only if the payment has been made in this regard. For short-term reservations that are not made online, cash payment is offered to the tour guide on site. In this regard, the cash payment will be made in each case before the execution of an offer.

Tickets for the city tours are personal and non-transferable.

REFUND
Refunds will be given only in the event of accident or illness upon presentation of a local doctor's certificate. Refunds for cancelled reservations will generally be made using the same method of payment used in the original transaction or will be made by bank transfer.

PRICES
The prices indicated are in Swiss francs. When paying in Euro, the conversion rate 1 to 1 is applied. The prices are indicated including VAT. The published services and prices are not binding for CHOCOBERN. Prices and programs are subject to change without notice. All information is subject to availability.

CANCELLATION
If the customer is unable to participate in the activity due to late arrival or can only participate to a limited extent, no refund will be made. If the customer cancels or leaves the activity early, no refund will be given.

CANCELLATION BY CHOCOBERN

CHOCOBERN has the possibility of not carrying out offers due to insufficient participants. In such cases, participants will be refunded the full amount paid. Further claims will be rejected.

In principle, the tours are carried out in all weather conditions. We reserve the right to change, cancel or terminate the program or individual services after conclusion of the contract and also during the activity if natural and/or weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, floods official - and/or safety measures or other risks) make this necessary. CHOCOBERN reserves the right to exclude individual participants from the offer if requirements or safety concept relevant issues are not met.

In case of cancellation of the tour for the above mentioned reasons, no refund will be made.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE
CHOCOBERN is not liable for accidents that occur before, during and after the tour. Neither Casa Nobile nor the Matte Distillery.

We are not liable in case of neglect, force majeure or any event that cannot be foreseen or prevented by CHOCOBERN despite all due diligence.

You will provide yourself with appropriate insurance coverage for illness, accident (including rescue and repatriation), theft and negligent damage to rental equipment during the activity. We are not liable for personal equipment that is damaged or lost during an activity.

PRIVACY
CHOCOBERN reserves the right to use any photo material for marketing purposes. In this case the participants will be asked explicitly. Even after that, the participants can revoke the permission to use and share the data and images at any time by sending a message to felix@chocobern.ch. Nevertheless, the data necessary for the transaction will be treated confidentially.

CHANGES TO THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CHOCOBERN reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions over time. The current version of the general terms and conditions will always be published on the website.

CONTENT OF THE ONLINE OFFER
CHOCOBERN (hereinafter referred to as the "Author") does not assume any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided.
