This delightful hike starts at the Kaefigturm (Prison Tower) and passes through the Old Town to the Matte district. After hearing the melt-in-the-mouth story of Rodolphe Lindt, a three-course meal is served in the Fischerstuebli restaurant.
The menu is prepared in line with the Bernese chocolate tradition. It consists of an appetizer (salad or soup), a main course (beef tartare or a vegetarian option), and a dessert. Drinks are not included in the price and will be billed by the Fischerstuebli team at the end of the meal. After dinner, bus line No. 30 runs from Muehleplatz to the main train station. Individual requests can also be accommodated for groups.

The hosts launched their venture shortly before the first lockdown in 2020 and subsequently launched a crowdfunding campaign.. campaign. This initiative led to the creation of the Salt-N-Chocolate-Tour in December of that same year.
